The directory

Find a contractor who works this way.

Every contractor listed here signed the published standards, in public. Preferred means the contractor signed the Informify360 standard and stays current on it. It is not a warranty of their work.

Preferred Contractors are selected for their commitment to written standards for quality, process and communication. Membership carries a fee and never buys a ranking or a recommendation. Listings are alphabetical by town.

Any contractor, listed or not

The scorecard still works. Guide 1 has the Contractor Comparison Scorecard: fourteen things to verify, any contractor, three side by side. Score everyone you talk to on it, including the ones listed here.

No Preferred Contractors are listed yet. Search your town anyway, and we show you what to look for in any contractor.

Informify360 is owned by Jason Vogen, who also owns Xteriors360, a licensed contractor. Informify360 Preferred Contractors are selected for their commitment to written standards for quality, process and communication. Membership carries a fee and never buys a ranking or a recommendation. A listing confirms the standards were signed and the contractor's plan is current; it is not a guarantee of any specific job. If a listed contractor falls short, tell us.

What Preferred Contractor means

Eight things every listed contractor signed

The standards are published so homeowners can hold every Preferred Contractor to them, including the founder's own company. A homeowner can raise a problem through Informify360, and the contractor answers within two business days. If it is not made right, or it keeps happening, the contractor is removed from the directory.
