Big Project Review
For HOA boards, multi-building properties, and projects over about $50,000.
Jason reads the whole project the way a contractor reads it, then walks your board or your owner group through it in plain language. Scope, bids, contract, allowances, payment order, and close-out. You go back to the table knowing what is missing and what to ask.
- Scope: what a complete scope for your project includes, and what yours leaves out
- Bids: every bid read into the same lines, with the gaps, allowances and exclusions marked
- Contract: payment schedule, change orders, lien waivers, and what should never be verbal
- Payment order: pay for work as it is done, and keep your leverage to the last check
- Close-out: the walkthrough, the paperwork to collect, and the warranties to register
- A written summary and a call with your board or owner group
Best for: An HOA board, a multi-building property, or any exterior project over about $50,000, where the stakes justify a second set of eyes before anyone signs.
What it is not
Not insurance coverage. Jason does not interpret your policy, tell you what your insurer owes, or adjust your claim. He does not recommend a contractor and he will not bid your job.
Price
from $2,500
The final number depends on the size of the property and how many bids and contracts are on the table. You get a fixed quote before anything starts. Nobody gets a surprise invoice.
ApplyJason reads every application himself and replies by email within two business days.

The questions boards ask first
Is this different from the free bid comparison?
Yes. The free comparison is a reading of what each bid says and does not say, with no opinion attached. The Big Project Review is a paid engagement where Jason tells you what he thinks and why, across the whole project.
Will Jason recommend a contractor?
No. Not ever. He will tell you what a good one looks like, hand you the scorecard to find one, and point you to the directory of contractors who signed the standards. Informify360 takes no referral fees from any contractor.
Jason owns a contracting company. Is that a conflict?
He owns a licensed exterior contracting company in Minnesota, and it is disclosed here and everywhere it matters. He will not bid your job. If you are in his service area he will say so and step back from anything that could look like a sales call.
Can Jason help with my insurance claim?
He can teach how a claim moves and what the words on the paperwork mean. He does not interpret your policy, tell you what your insurer owes, prepare you for the adjuster, or adjust your claim. Those questions go to your insurer, your agent, or a licensed public adjuster.
My project is smaller than that. What do I do?
Use the free guides and the free bid comparison. If you want Jason on a recording, the Bid Walkthrough on the compare page is coming soon. It will be $179 and cover two or three bids for one house.
